We are a local, independent Letting Agent specialising in Residential Lettings and
Property Management in Nuneaton and the surrounding areas.

We offer a choice of services to suit your needs, and will be pleased to provide a free
rental valuation of your property, and advice on letting, with absolutely no obligation.
In comparison to other Letting Agents, for a property with a rental income of £450 per
month, our fees can produce an average saving of £250 over a six month period.
Business hours of nine till five, five days a week are not convenient for everyone, and we
go that extra mile to suit you.
We are more than happy to take on management of properties with existing tenants, in
which case our Letting fee is waived.
